2. Use of Services

Our services are provided for educational purposes. You agree to use our website and programs lawfully and not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment requires payment of applicable fees. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be received before course commencement unless alternative arrangements are agreed.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the start of your first session. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Coaching packages are non-refundable after the first session.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of Dusk Cavern. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User Conduct

Participants must treat coaches and fellow students with respect. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from programs without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dusk Cavern provides educational services to the best of our ability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Brisbane, Queensland.
